1. Job Description • Prepare designated pastry items according to established recipes • Review production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake and to assemble supplies and equipment needed for daily baking activities • Portion according to specifications all pretzel dough • Prepare all confectionery work per recipes • Monitor stocks for cooking ingredients such as flour, sugar, cheese, sausage, sauce, and make appropriate orders within budget • Ensure quality of products meets establishment standards • Maintaining work areas and equipment exceptionally clean.
2. Requirements • Secondary school graduation certificate • 1-2 years’ experience as a Cook, Pastry Chef or Baker • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures • Great communication skill (English proficiency) with a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
