Currently looking for strong Restaurant Managers for our brand-new, Indian street food concept, developed in partnership with Chef Vikram Vij from CBC's Dragons' Den! Main Responsibilities:  Supervising member relations including training & development, and recognition. As well as recruitment, and scheduling (as required).  Promoting a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.  Fostering a positive work environment that supports and promotes exceptional guest experiences.  Ensure consistency of quality, portion control, and menu item presentation.  Adhere to and enforces food handling/safety requirements.  Ensure for and maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work environment.
