There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment: cold/refrigerated, odours Work setting: Slaughter houses, Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment Willing to relocate Responsibilities: Tasks: Receive live animals Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses. Sometimes in accordance with religious laws. Inspecting carcasses for quality; Washing and stamping carcasses before placing them in the refrigerator; Cut meat into specific cuts; Removing internal organs from carcasses, cutting up and recovering/preserving the necessary parts and organs of the animal.
