Pennyroyal Coffee & Bakery is located in Vancouver, BC. We are currently looking for a permanent and full-time baker/pâtissier.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare bread doughs and cake batters according to recipes or special customer orders - Operate machinery - Bake mixed doughs and batters - Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery - Mixing, preparing and baking bread and pastries - Prepare baked goods - Fill and decorate pastries and dessert - Ensure quality of products meets established standards   Education, skills and experience required: -       Completion of high school -       Some experience as a baker / -       Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers; OR Completion of a college or other program for bakers; OR Some experience as a baker / pâtissier -       On-the-job training will be provided.   Language:...
