TSUJIRI Dundas is Japanese matcha infused cafe restaurant. We are currently looking for a permanent and full-time baker/pâtissier.   Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare dough and batters for sweets according to recipes Operate mixing and baking machinery Bake mixed dough and batters Frost and decorate baked goods Ensure quality of products established standards Assist the store operation such as ingredients preparation and making beverage and food items.
