We are currently searching for an experienced Behavioral Safety Analyst.

Duties:

• Act as a technical advisor in well-being, health and safety issues on site and for clients at all time
• Ensure due diligence for clients at all time
• Conduct well-being and safety talks as required by client
• Counsel individuals and groups to achieve more effective personal, social and vocational development and adjustment at the workplace
• Design,  implement and co-ordinate   health and wellness projects, multidisciplinary projects or programs
• Plan intervention programs and conduct program evaluation at the workplace: workplace conflict resolution, reduce workplace stress, dealing with anger, management workplace conflict, High-Quality peacemaking and improve relationships
• Deliver presentations at conferences and workshops in office and on site
• Maintain, update and manage health information databases

• Compile and analyze statistical information provided by private and public health care institutions and organizations
• Produce reports
• Produce newsletters, magazines and other documents
• Prepare research papers, educational texts or articles
• Conduct literature reviews
• Interpret trends and developments on health issues
• Develop policies, standards and guidelines
• Monitor health care programs
• Monitor and compile research results
• Creation and implementation of documents in Spanish/Portuguese

Skills:

 2 years of Psychological Assessment

• Use standard psychological tests for assessment at the workplace

2 years of Research and Development

• Understand and create research data bases for the Health and Safety staff.
• Create and maintain resource library as it pertains to Health and Safety legislation/Trends

5 years of Construction Industry

• Understand the kind of work they do in daily basis
• Coordinate training and orientation for office and/or crew members on site
• Creation of reports specific for the client’s needs in the different fields.

3 years of Health and Safety

• Creation of H&S policies/Procedures
• Performing analysis to ensure compliance
• Knowledge of Occupational H&S Act/Regulations

Terms of Employment:

Permanent Position /40 hours per week

Language of work:

Fluent written and Verbal English

Fluent written and Verbal Spanish  and Portuguese (Asset)

Salary:

Between $ 34.62 to $ 36.00

Requirements:

• Psychology university degree
• Experience working with stressed group in different environments
• Must be committed to work as a team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• 5 years of work experience
