Creative Solutions is seeking Landscaping/Flatwork Prepper/Helper/Machine Experience

 Duties typically include:

• prep for and lay sod
• planting trees and shrubs
• weekly lawn maintenance including grass cutting, trimming and weeding
• prep for concrete flatwork including steps, patios, garages and sidewalks
• snow removal in the winter
• coordinating material and equipment needs
• load and unload tools, product and equipment
• attending facilitate safety meetings
• grading and loaming
• loading trucks, finish grading, working stockpiles, working around utilities, etc
• complete safety documentation according to safety program
• experience using machinery such as skidsteer, drive truck and trailer

Candidates must be experienced with the following qualifications

• Must have one (1) year experience with landscaping grading experience
• Must have one (1) year experience prepping for concrete for residential projects including steps, patios, garages, sidewalks
• have a valid driver's license
• Assist in general organization, cleanliness and maintenance of shop, tools, products and equipment as required
• Help create a positive work environment
• Maintain a neat and clean site appearance
• Ensure tasks are conducted responsibly and in line with customer and company safety policies
• Take care of tools and equipment, cleaning at end of each shift
• Work overtime when required
• Strong work ethic •Able to work individually or in a team

This is a full time position with an hourly wage of $19.00/hour
