VACANCY: Quality Assurance Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Krka POWER Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by performing inspections, conducting tests, and maintaining records to meet regulatory and company standards. • Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend changes to optimize production efficiency and resource utilization.
• Assist in the design and implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.

• Develop and update production schedules, workflow charts, and operations manuals.
• Monitor and evaluate production performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Assist in developing inventory control systems and production tracking systems.

• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement quality control plans.
• Analyze data from production tests to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

• Assist in designing, installing, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance staff.

• Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist in designing ergonomic workspaces and equipment to improve worker safety and efficiency.

• Collect and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for management.
• Support the implementation of industrial automation and digital tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

·        Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing.

·       Knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards.

·       Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

·       Familiarity with quality assurance tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

·       Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and drawings.

·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assist in resolving quality issues.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

·       Good written and verbal communication skills.

·       Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO is essential.

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·       Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

·       Ability to stand for extended periods during inspections and tests.

·       Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with electrical equipment.

COMPENSATION:

A competitive hourly wage of $34.10, comprehensive health package and other benefits await the right candidate.

Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
