Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: A minimum of one year experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor or similar supervisory experience in retail
Languages: English
Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation in a year
Specific Skills: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff in the gas station, convenience store, U-Haul rental, and car wash; Assign duties and prepare work schedules; Authorize payments and merchandise returns; Resolve customer complaints and ensure high level of customer service; Maintain inventory levels and order stock and supplies as needed; Ensure the store, car wash, and rental area are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations; Train and onboard new staff in company procedures, customer service, and POS operations; Monitor sales activities, prepare reports, and support management in improving efficiency; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
