Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Employer to effectively manage operations of the restaurant
  • Determine type of food and beverage services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Coordinates promotional and special events to increase awareness, business and revenues
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Listen to Customer complaints, examine returned merchandise, and resolve complaints or problems to restore and promote good public relations
  • Inventory control and order supplies
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Ensure health and safety regulations and standards are followed
  • Recruit staff and oversee staff training
  • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Knowledge or experience in Taiwanese Cuisine and/or culture would be a great asset. If you do not have any knowledge or experience in Taiwanese Cuisine or culture, you must be willing to learn and research about it after starting the employment.
  • Speaking Mandarin language would be a great asset. If you do not speak Mandarin, you need to have the skill or experience in working with staffs who can only speak basic English.
