Job Description

                       

Education: Minimum Bachelor degree OR a Master degree in Business/Finance from a recognized institute.

 

Experience/Skills: A minimum of two years of experience at managerial level in tendering, negotiating, purchasing and acquiring new suppliers. Strong knowledge of supply chain management required. Proven history of developing effective inventory management policies required. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management. A knack for negotiation and networking. Involve in activities such as selecting new locations, budgeting and strategic planning. Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures. Strong leadership capabilities.

 

Fluent in English language is a must, speak, read, write and listen.

Job Duties: Responsible for overseeing and managing business and  purchasing department. Managing team members and sales goal. Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details. Regularly audit work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly

Oversees team members performing inspections, preparing reports.

Supervise and lead a company's operations and employees ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising employees

Create company documents and maintain the company's filing system.

Maintain operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

 Offer exemplary guest service, including maintaining guest relationships and ensuring repeat guest by upselling packages and services and taking care of any guest concerns or complaints quickly and professionally. Set up and maintain guest service desk, including managing guest service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency

 Manage the company’s day-to-day purchasing activities. Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.

Train and hire staff and fresher.
