Experience/Skills: A minimum of three to four years of experience as a Technical Sales Person/Technical Sales Engineer experience in Front End Sales, Service Sales support, application. Prepare sales strategy identifying strength and weakness of competitors. Manage existing accounts, promote and sell products and service upgrades. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts. Provide technical information and explanations, prepare quotations. Develop and implement a yearly territory plan and marketing strategies to prospect new business in the assigned territory through a relationship-based approach to close new business. Prepare and conduct customer presentations and demonstrations to promote products and features. Sound understanding of the marketplace, products and competitors. Participate in trade shows, association events/courses, and customer events.
Proven success in a sales capacity including identifying and engaging new customers/business opportunities. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and grow existing and new business. Exceptional communication, analytical, planning and organizational skills. Self-motivated, results driven and adaptable to changing priorities with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Handle business enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up and negotiate contracts to achieve sales target.
Visit Customer for site survey before quoting and propose the optimum solution suiting their requirements.
Respond to clients with technical support to persuade customers on capacity and offer complete solution.
Prepare detailed scope of work, commercial calculations, delivery schedules and documentation as required and forwarded to department managers for review and approval.
Working on Sales-force tool for updating order pipelines and forecasting. Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Troubleshoot technical problems. Develop, implement and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals. Handle business enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up and negotiate contracts to achieve sales target. Collaborate with back-end core team handling areas for services & retrofit sales and support. Provide the most optimized solutions to the customers, fulfilling their requirement. Ensure recovery of cash / retention. Co-ordination with the activity/execution team and ensure right support to customer for smooth project completion. Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients. Identify and solicit potential clients
