Fine Choice Foods Ltd., located at 23011 Fraserwood Way Richmond, BC V6V 3B3 is hiring a permanent full time Administrative Assistant (NOC1241). The successful candidate will be rewarded with $22 per hour and with 40 hours work per week. Benefits, upon successful completion of a 3 month probation period include: Medical Service Plan of BC, extended health care, dental coverage and matching RRSP plan.
- Sort, organize and input invoices, order dispatch documents on a daily basis; through the use of the company computer management software system.
- Process and print shipping documents; Make arrangement of shipping orders with shipping departments
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings among departmental staff
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiry and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Work in accordance with established office procedures
- Respond to visitors, customer and suppliers enquiry, redirect message from the above people to departmental staff as needed.
- Record and prepare minutes of small group and/or departmental meetings
- Compile data, statistics and other information to support reports and documents for management review.
- May train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
- May organize video conference and meetings with customers and supplier.
Completion of a post-secondary credential in a related field.
