Requirements: previous clerical experience 1-2 years
Education: Secondary school
Language: English, excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management;
- Conduct telephone conversations and answer telephone and electronic enquiries;
- Create and maintain different documents using office computer software;
- Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system,
- Compile data and co-ordinate the flow of information;
- Consult customers regarding our projects;
- Assigns advisors and prepare schedules;
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
- Establish office procedures, supervise other staff if needed.
