 The Academy of Learning, Hamilton branch, is looking for an Operations Director to join our growing team of education providers.

Job duties:

  • Formulate and engage the management in setting up goals to promote positive growth.
  • Monitor daily activities of all the divisions.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and administrative team to prepare budgetary reports for management’s review.
  • Improvise ideas to run the management towards profits and reduce the costs wherever possible.
  • Monitor the functioning of the student help desks and counseling centers.
  • Assist the administrative department in formulating the policies and systems of the institution, monitoring the inventory and hiring staff.
  • Aid in increasing the productivity of the institution to run smoothly.
  • Manage smooth running of internal and external affairs.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 2-3 years.
