Vacancy for authentic Sri Lankan cuisine Chefs with sound knowledge of Sri Lankan traditional vegan dishes.

Salary 

$ 16.00 Per Hour 

Working Shift and hours 

40 hours per week and applicant would agree to work in morning, day or night shift according to employer request

Cuisine Specialties

• Gluten-free Sri Lankan style bakery Items and traditional Sweets 
• Vast knowledge in Vegan cuisine

Duties

• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Organize and maintain inventory

Work Setting

• Restaurant or bakery department

Specific Skills

• Prepare special orders
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Operate machinery

Ability to Supervise

• 1 to 2 people
