Food Service Supervisor

Star House Enterprise Ltd. o/a Star House Family Restaurant located at 3433 2nd Ave. West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada S6V 5G1 is looking for one (1) full time and permanent Food Service Supervisor (NOC 6311) to be assigned to the said location.

The successful applicant is expected to perform the following duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customer’s complaints or concerns

The chosen candidates will receive a wage of CAD $15.65 per hour. All federal and province-mandated benefits will be provided.

Qualifications:

    Minimum secondary school completion is required.

    Relevant work experience is required.

Language at Work: English (No language exam like IELTS or CELPIP is required).
