Job Title: Security Guard  Supervisor

Number of Vacancies: 1

Location of work: Various locations in the lower mainland with the base at 284- 8128, 128th St, Surrey, BC V3W 1R1 

Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week. 

Compensation: $25.00/ hour 

Benefits: As per BC employment standards. 

Key duties: 

• Supervise security guards to ensure post orders are followed, established rounds are completed and adequate reports are filled.
• Evaluate, access, and analyze the performance of the security guards.
• Prepare work schedules, procedures, and patrol priorities.
• Train new staff members in the job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Resolve work-related problems or issues.
• Prepare and submit up-to-date reports, timesheets, staff evaluation reports, and site safety, risk, and quality assurance assessments,
• Patrol several of the sites to ensure the site's safety and there is a security guard on site.
• Communicate effectively with management,
• Proactively respond and resolve emergency situations and conflicts.

Job Requirements: 

• Education: Completion of Secondary School 
• Experience: 1 year of related experience.
• Language: English
