Greater Vancouver area, BC

Permanent, full time (40 hrs/wk), shifts, weekends

Salary: $17.00/hr

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food preparation or service is required;
• Good English, customer service oriented;
• Education: Secondary school.

Main duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of fast-food restaurant employees;
• Assign workers to duties;
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
• Hire and train of new employees;
• Prepare and oversee work schedules;
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and safety procedures;
• Maintain records of stock for inventory control;
• Resolve customer complaints;
• Ensure that staff maintains courteous attitude toward customers.
