Sushi Yori in Prince George, BC is looking for qualified Cooks to join our team.

Position: Cook

Number of Positions: 2

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hourly Wage: C$15.65 ~ C$17.00 (depending on experience)

Work Hours: 30.00 ~ 40.00 hours per week

Vacation: 10 business days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary

Language of Work: English

Work Location: Prince George, BC

Main Job Duties:       

• Prepare and cook dishes such as rolls, tempura, donburi, noodles, etc.
• Ensure to maintain high quality of foods and comply with food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Monitor and order supplies
• Train kitchen helpers in food preparation
• Clean kitchen and work area

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.

Completion of secondary school is required.
