Tasks
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Delegate work to offi ce supportstaff, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry outadministrative activities of establishment, Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintaininventory and budgetary controls, Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manualsand correspondence, Manage day-to-day business operations, Assign personnel to equipment androutes and schedule work shifts, Prepare accounts.
