Food Service Supervisor

1097191B.C. Ltd. is looking for a permanent full-time Food Service Supervisor at TSUJIRI Richmond.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, and coordinate the activities of kitchen and counter service staff according to store operation guidelines.
• Train staff in job duties at the counter and kitchen preparation.
• Deal with complaints arising from customers
• Ingredients and supply online purchase
• Maintain store’s ingredients and supply at safety stock level

Education, skills and experience required:

• Completion of secondary school
• Several years of experience in food industry as a server, kitchen helper, and/or supervisor.
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Problem solving skills

Language:

• English communication skill is required.

Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00/hour (depends on experience/qualifications) + tips; staff meals, staff discounts and bonuses as benefits; 4% vacation pay
