Job Title: Operations Supervisor (NOC 9224 – Supervisors, furniture and fixtures manufacturing)

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent position 

Wage: $27/Hr

Workload: 40/Hrs per week

Benefits: Extended health insurance

Expected Start Date: March 1st, 2023

We produce (design, manufacture and install) high-quality commercial & residential cabinetry.

Job Description: 

• Supervise the daily work carried out by carpenters and other workers 
• Plan and organize work schedule of carpenters coordinate work activities with other departments
• Ensure productivity and quality of work
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Prepare reports and support management with development with company policies  
• Support management with hiring and staff promotion 
• Resolve work problems and other tasks, as needed
  

Job Requirements:

• 5+ yrs of experience supervising or managing a team
• Experience as an office administrator, or administrative assistant
• Experience in the carpentry industry 

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independent and fast decision-making
• Interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Time management
• Conflict resolution
• Cooperation and willingness to learn
