Required for a busy Store

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish for sale at self-serve counters or according to customers' orders
• Grind meats and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
• Prepare special displays of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish
• Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish
• Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements
• Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
• May supervise others helpers and workers.

Education and experience requirement: completion of secondary school.  On the job training will be provided although experience would be an asset.

Salary: CAD$ 19.50 per hour plus standard industry benefits.  Please note that this is a full-time permanent position at Nizam’s Kathi Kabab Franchise Canada Inc. located at 3390 South Service Road, Burlington, Ontario L7N 3J5
