Job Description: Sido Dang Buu Entertainment Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated General Manager to lead our organization's growth and strategic initiatives.

Job duties:

• Assume full control of the company s activities including expansion plan, hiring plan, marketing strategy, financial activities, etc.;
• Plan, create, and direct strategy for growth and development;
• Create and implement an internal policy for the company;
• Review and approve the content of music lessons and method of teaching;
• Review and approve the plan for the project including shows and events;
• Oversee the daily management and operations of Sido;
• Oversee the design and performance for each project;
• Monitor revenue, control cash flow, and review financial documents;
• Hire and train core team members;
• Act on behalf of the company in the public to negotiate, sign contracts, and attend public events.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role.
• Success in creating business growth strategies.
• Background in music education
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Passion for music education and entertainment.
