SPA Supervisor_Trinity Salon & Spa

Job Description

1. Summary of duties and responsibilities:

• Make sure the spa operation runs smoothly. 
• Training new Staff with Operation Manual 
• Check Inventory / Spa product (Daily update) 
• Mediate and resolve client issues 
• Explain services, treatments, and procedures to the clients
• Work cooperatively with the entire Spa to ensure a consistent quality. 
• Check appointment / technician schedule. 
• Make sure Submitting Daily Report to the Manager. 
• Daily check all spa equipment condition and communicate with service providers. 
• Responsible for assisting spa management with training, product inventory, payroll, scheduling, and financial reporting.

2. Requirements:
• Secondary School Certificate
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills (English proficiency)
• Proactive, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility

3.   Job Details
* Employer: Lucete Beauty Inc. o/a Trinity Salon & Spa
* Location: 4138 Dawson Street, Burnaby, BC
* Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30 hours per week)

* Start date: ASAP 
* Hourly Wage : $22.00 per hour
