Job duties:
Assign, supervise and coordinate the work of sales staffs and cashier engaged in the following functions on daily basis: generating sales quotations, receiving customers and answering incoming calls, daily update of stock and inventories, bookkeeping of invoices and receipts, and other related administrative tasks.
Draft, manage and modify daily work schedules for sales staffs including whom self.
Ensure a smooth process of customer payments and the return of goods.
Ensure a smooth process of replenishment of inventories (particularly for mattresses) and the sales of goods and services.
Establish and refine the daily work procedures that need be followed by all sales staffs including whom self.
Identify and resolve any unexpected occurrences & situations (including customer complaints) if raised.
Provide training sessions and safety briefings centered on the facility operation to any new hired sales related staffs.
Directly report to management for any emergencies or issues occurred during regular business hours.
Minimum Employment Requirements:
Completion of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Proven team working experience.
Being organized and able to multi-task in an office environment.
A good understanding of customer record keeping and bookkeeping.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other office software as needed.
