Richmond Auto Body Ltd. seeks an Administrative Assistant to add to our team. We are a well-established ICBC-accredited collision repair shop, located at 945 1st Street W, North Vancouver BC V7P 1A4. Job details are as follows:

Primary location:945 1st Street W, North Vancouver BC V7P 1A4.
Secondary Location:140 Glacier Street, Coquitlam BC V3K5Z6
Job Type: Full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $26/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.
Key duties:
. Provide administrative support to management, technicians, and other shop
employees.
. Determine and establish office tasks to fulfill all administrative procedures.
. Prepare and modify documents including repair orders, collision reports,
estimates, invoices, correspondence, memos, brochures, and presentations.
. Supervise and train other office staff in procedures and use of software.
. Handle inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner.
. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
. Reply to emails, telephone calls, messages, and communication with customers and insurance companies.
. Receive and distribute all emails and other materials to respective people or departments.
. Prepare various reports within the department by gathering and compiling data and statistics.
. Maintain and update electronic and hard copy filing systems.
. Keep track of inventory and order parts, office, and shop supplies when
needed, ensuring that supplies are always available.
. Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
. Completion of Secondary School
. Completion of a College program for an administrative assistant or secretary or one year of clerical experience
. Language: English
