Regional Signs Inc. has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator (NOC: 13100) at our location in Stoney Creek Ontario.
As an Office Administrator (NOC: 13100) you will perform some or all the following duties:
• Coordinating office administrative procedures and reviewing, evaluating and
• implementing new procedures
• Establishing work priorities, and delegating work to office support staff.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Preparing reports, memos, and other correspondence and communicating with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and conducting financial analysis.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, including personnel files, financial records, and other documents.
• Participating in the recruitment and training of new staff members, and providing guidance and support to existing staff.
• Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, and making travel arrangements as needed.
• Maintaining and updating databases and other information systems.
• performing other related duties as required
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time (40 Hours)
Compensation: $ 27.00/Hour
