1 Full Time Permanent Position of Manager, Restaurant (NOC 60030) position available at HOCO LTD "Fun by the Falls” located at 4960 Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2E 6S8
Main duties include but are not limited to:
· Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
· Evaluate daily operations
· Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
· Monitor staff performance
· Plan and organize daily operations
· Recruit staff
· Set staff work schedules
· Supervise staff
· Train staff
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Conduct performance reviews
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Address customers' complaints or concerns
· Provide customer service
Requirements:
College Diploma
Minimum 6 months experience
Compensation:
$ 21.55 / hour, 40 hours a week
