LeVilla Restaurant is looking for One (1) Kitchen Manager to perform duties including but not limited to the following:
· Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
· Menu Planning and Development
· Inventory Management
· Budget management
· Quality Control, Compliance and Safety
· Problem Solving
Terms of Employment:
· Salary: $18 per hour; 40 hours per week
· Permanent, Full-Time
· Start date: immediately
· Benefits: per AB labour standards
Skills Requirements:
· Language: English
· Education: no education requirement; Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline an asset but not a condition of employment
· Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in commercial food preparation or service
