Trans Ontario Express is hiring one Administrative Assistant to perform the following logistics-related duties:
· Process and arrange incoming and outgoing shipping processes
· Receive and distribute or relay incoming messages through all channels of communication
· Prepare invoices and other paperwork necessary for carrying out job duties
· Generate and edit internal and external correspondence
· Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
· Organize meetings and prepare minutes
· Monitor and document inventory levels
· Collect information or prepare reports to support co-workers’ job duties
Terms of Employment
· Wage: $25.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
· Group insurance benefits
· Permanent full-time
· Start immediately
· Location of work: 2215 Markham Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1B 2W3
· Language of work: English
Requirements
· Must have completed at least secondary education or equivalent experience
· One year of related work experience with demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
