Mama Panda Restaurant locate at 9608, 100 Street, Fort St. John, BC is seeking a full-time Restaurant manager, $35/hr,

 Employment Requirements:

·          With 1+yr. restaurant manager experience and at least 2+ yr. Restaurant experience (kitchen staff and front server both experiences need).

·          Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful work environment

·         Management knowledge and ability

·         Have Chinese food knowledge is an asset (because we are a Chinese Cuisine Restaurant)

·         Computer knowledge, proficient in internet, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Spreadsheet.

 Responsibilities:

·         Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·         Develop budget to determine cost of food

·         Evaluate daily operations

·         Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

·         Monitor staff performance

·         Plan and organize daily operations

·         Recruit staff

·         Set staff work schedules

·         Supervise staff

·         Train staff

·         Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·         Cost products and services

·         Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations

·         Organize and maintain inventory

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

·         Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·         Leading/instructing individuals

·         Address customers' complaints or concerns

·         Provide customer service

·         Manage events

 Education:

•           Bachelor's degree.

•           Food service management certification.
