One (1) Business Development Officer in Toronto, ON
Checkpoint Group is looking for One (1) Business Development Manager to perform the following duties:
· Strategic Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in the supply chain and warehouse sectors, leveraging market knowledge to drive new business opportunities.
· Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, focusing on delivering tailored solutions that align with clients' business goals.
· Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create targeted strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
· Consultative Selling: Present and articulate our solutions to clients, highlighting the business benefits of our supply chain consulting and warehouse automation offerings.
· Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met through effective solutions.
· Performance Tracking: Develop and manage a sales pipeline, track metrics, and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Terms of Employment:
· Salary: $46.15 per hour; 30 hours per week
· Permanent, Full-Time
· Start date: immediately

Skills Requirements:
· Language: English
· Education: A bachelor's degree or above
· Experience: Minimum of 1 year in business development or sales or marketing, preferably in supply chain consulting, logistics, or warehouse automation.
