Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive (NOC 11201) to manage client accounts, develop strong relationships, and promote our comprehensive services. Based in Richmond, BC, the successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide tailored financial solutions, manage inquiries, and drive client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Team Supervision and Leadership:

 

• Supervise and support a team of licensed advisors, ensuring their performance aligns with company standards and goals.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to advisors to enhance their product knowledge and client service skills.

• Monitor advisor performance, conduct evaluations, and implement strategies for improvement and growth.

• Ensure all advisors comply with provincial and federal regulations and company policies

 

Client Relationship Management:

 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and offering tailored insurance and wealth management solutions.

• Proactively manage client inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

 

Account Development:

 

• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing relevant products and services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present customized financial plans to clients.

• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through proactive account management strategies

Compliance and Documentation:

 

• Ensure all client interactions and account management activities comply with provincial and federal regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.

 

Market Research and Insights:

 

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most relevant and innovative solutions.

• Share market insights with the team to support strategic decision-making and service enhancements.

 

Collaboration and Team Support:

 

• Work closely with branch staff, advisors, and senior management to align client account strategies with organizational goals.

• Participate in training and development programs to stay current on company products and services.

 

Qualifications

 

Education:

• College diploma/certificate in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.

 

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client service roles, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.

 

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English

• Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset

 

Skills:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage client accounts and achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of insurance products, wealth management solutions, and financial planning.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
