In style Home Furnishings Ltd dba Life In style Furniture, a busy Furniture retail store located at #1730, 10355 152nd Street Surrey BC V3R 7C1, urgently requires a Sales Supervisor-Retail.

Job Title: Sales Supervisor- Retail

Number of Vacancies: 1

Term of employment: Permanent/full-time with 40 hrs. /wk.

Compensation: $23/hr. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Benefits:

. Vacation Pay: 4% vacation pay

. 5 days of Sick leave

Working Condition: The job involves weekends and holiday work.

Duties involve:

. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.

. Prepare a schedule and assign duties to sales workers.

. Authorize payments by cheque.

. Process returns/refunds of merchandise.

. Sell merchandise.

. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and employee performance.

. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

. Manage and order inventory.

. Monitor merchandise displays and visual presentation of the store.

Skill Requirements:

. Education: Completion of High School

. Experience: One year of retail sales experience or in a related occupation.

. Language: English
