1836873 Ontario Ltd./Churrasqueira Costa Verde is looking for One (1) Restaurant Manager to perform the following duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
· Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures when necessary
· Recruit staff and oversee staff training
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
· Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
· Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $36.00 per hour; 30 to 35 hours per week; Morning, Evening and weekends
• Permanent, Full-Time
• Start date: Immediately
Skills Requirements:
Language: English
Experience: 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant in a supervisory role or manager position is required
