Bold Masonry Inc. is looking for One Bricklayer (NOC 72320) to perform the following duties:
• Measuring and cutting bricks to size using hand tools or power saws.
• Laying bricks in a pattern or design according to blueprints or building plans.
• Using various tools, such as trowels, levels, and plumb bobs, to ensure that the bricks are level, straight, and properly aligned.
• Repairing and replacing damaged or cracked bricks and other masonry materials.
• Maintaining tools and equipment and keeping the worksite clean and organized.
• Following safety procedures and wearing protective equipment to prevent injury.
Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $53.28 per hour
• Permanent, Full Time/ 40.00 Hours per week
• Start date: ASAP
Skills requirements:
• At least two years of relevant experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision, and ability with spatial relationships.
• Efficient individual with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of basic tools and vehicle maintenance a plus.
