Bayview Vision is looking for One (1) Retail Sales Supervisor to perform the following duties:
· Promote the store's profitability and achievement of sales goals by holding self and team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
· Assign store sales staff to duties and prepare work schedules.
· Support in managing incoming traffic by coordinating and confirming doctor appointments, scheduled eyewear services, and ensuring all patient/customer's needs are met.
· Coach, motivate, hire, train and support associates to perform in their respective roles with excellence to ensure a satisfactory patient/customer experience.
· Use sound judgment to remove obstacles, mitigate conflicts and find resolution in the patient/customer experience.
· Maintain glass/contact lens inventory and order merchandise when necessary.
· Coordinates merchandise replenishment and the flow of merchandise from stock to sales floor.
· Execute all broad operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer experience goals.
· Partner with management to prepare reports regarding the sales volume (daily, weekly and monthly), merchandising and personnel.
· Partner with management to recommend and develop marketing strategies (offsite or onsite) and/or produce web campaigns and merchandising of optical displays in store.
Terms of Employment:
· Salary: $36.00 per hour
· 30-40 hours per week
· Permanent, Full-Time
· Start date: immediately

Qualifications for the Position
You will demonstrate the following skills:
· Three and more years of relevant working experience in progressive sales and optical environment;
· Three and more years of experience in retail supervisory experience;
· One and more years of retail supervisory experience;
· College diploma or above;
· Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills
· Ability to develop and train staff, build relationships and utilize skills of staff
