Server Center Limited has an immediate opening for a Call Center Supervisor (TEER 2: 62023) at our location in Calgary, AB.
As a Call Center Supervisor, you would be required to perform some or all of the following duties:
- Supervise and review the work of call center agents who provide information and customer service
- Co-ordinate with clients and assign the work to team and agents accordingly
- Resolve escalated matters and liaise with call center agents to resolve them promptly
- Prepare weekly work schedules and change and setup working procedures time to time.
- Liaise with different departments both inside and outside the company such as billing and customer service for smooth operations and to provide customer services
- Responsible to prepare monthly/weekly and quarterly for review by management and also to track progress to determine the need of training and development
- Arrange training sessions for new hires and to make them aware about polices of the company
- Maintain the efficient working environment by ensuring that all the work equipment is working properly and raise the ticket with repair personnel if needed.
- Assist other workers in order to ensure that all the systems are working properly and client’s queries have been addressed in timely manner.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Experience of 7 months is required in the occupation
· Completion of college or industry courses related to financial or customer services may be required.
· May have to work in evening shift (if required)
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $ 36.00/hour
