London Fuel Services Inc. is looking for One (1) Site Manager to perform duties, including the following:
· Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the operations of the retail site.
· Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and enhance operational efficiency.
· Managing and supervising staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.
· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
· Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination.
· Managing financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
· Implementing marketing and promotional activities to enhance business growth.
· Establishing relationships with suppliers, corporate representatives, and other stakeholders.
· Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service improvements to maintain high quality standards.
· Utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making and improve overall site performance.

Terms of Employment:
· Salary: $38.46 per hour
· Permanent, Full Time/ 40.00 Hours per week
· Start date: immediately

Job requirements:
· Education: High School or equivalent experience; A university degree or college diploma in business administration or related field an asset but not a condition of employment
· Experience: Minimum experience of one (1) year related retail or wholesale sales experience; Experience at increasing levels of responsibility is an asset.
