T.O AUTO FINANCE CORP has an immediate opening for a position of Retail and wholesale trade managers  (TEER3: 60020) at our location in Vaughan, ON, Ontario.

As a Retail and wholesale trade managers  (TEER3: 60020), you will perform some or all of the following duties:

·        Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle financing and auto sales.

·        Manage relationships with retail dealerships and wholesale partners to maximize sales volume.

·        Oversee employees and delegate tasks.

·        To ascertain customer demand, prospective sales volumes, and the impact of rivals' operations on sales, examine market research and trends.

·        Monitor sales performance metrics, profitability, and market trends.

·        Establish price and credit rules and decide what goods and services to sell.

·        Locate products for resale and, if required, bargain with suppliers.

·        Create and put into action marketing plans.

·        Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and financial performance for senior management.

·        Create budgets, approve spending, and keep an eye on income.

·        Assess and enhance customer service while attending to the needs and concerns of customers.

·        Discuss personnel needs, such as hiring, training, and retaining employees.

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
• Several years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (32 hours/week)

Compensation:  $ 43.50/hour
