 The Opportunity

 We are looking for a Hotel Manager (Hotel at the Waldorf) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service.

 What You’ll Do

 · Strong PMS knowledge

· Intermediate extranet knowledge

· Intermediate revenue management knowledge

· Moderate knowledge in balancing budgets and inventory

· Moderate knowledge in training, creating and implementing procedures and policies

· Moderate experience with payroll, scheduling

· Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.

· Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.

· Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.

· Establish work schedules.

· Enforce policies and procedures.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.

· Assist clients/guests with special needs.

· Ability to supervise and direct staff.

· Oversee merchandise sales on-site and online.

· Manage night audit team to ensure balanced cash out for venues on-site, on a daily basis.

 What You Have

 · Must have a minimum of 2 years hotel management/ Supervisor experience.

· Previous experience in a management position and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest service standards.

· Service-focused personality is essential.

· Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.

· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.

 Job Type: Full time, permanent

 Pay: $57,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
