Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the store operations
- Oversee daily retail operations including customer satisfaction, sales, budgets, and overall financial performance of the store
- Executes business strategy and lead associates to meet sales goals
- Provide training and support to associates on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge
- Interview new staff and provide on-the-job training, develop and retain current staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouses for timely restocking of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
- Handle issues related to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety and sanitation
- Respond to workplace accident, incidents and injuries by conducting through investigations and completing investigation reports
- Other duties as assigned by headquarter management team
Requirements:
- College diploma in business administration or related field
- Minimum two year of experience as a Store Manager is required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated critical leadership behaviors of being strategic and innovative
- Strong business acumen with ability to achieve sales and service goals
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate staff
- Ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively to achieve goals
- Ability to travel occasionally between stores if necessary
