Carmel Transport International LTD. is hiring one Truck Driver to operate long-haul and local routes. The ideal candidate will have a valid AZ license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor-trailer vehicles to transport goods over long distances.
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of hours, inspections, and deliveries.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and handled with care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid AZ driver’s license.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR.
- Must be able to cross the U.S. border (if required).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management.
- Knowledge of logbooks and electronic logging devices (ELDs).
