Job description
Wages: $24 per hour
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Language: Basic English, Cantonese or Mandarin are assets
Job duties:
1) Be responsible for preparing and cooking the deep-fried menu.
2) Determine the size of food portions and costs;
3) Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
4) Clean kitchen and work areas;
5) Organize and manage buffets and banquets
Experience and specialization:
At least 1 to 2 years of Chinese deep-fried cook experience in Chinese cuisine restaurant is required.
Education:
Secondary school graduation.
