Warehouse Supervisor (TEER 2: 12013)

Titan Flooring Inc. has an immediate opening of a  Warehouse Supervisor (TEER 2: 12013) at our location in Mississauga, Ontario. 

As a Warehouse Supervisor (TEER 2: 12013),  you will perform some or all of the following duties:

·        Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management

·        Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments

·        Maintain inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper stock rotation

·        Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

·        Train and mentor new employees and evaluate performance

·        Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

·        Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics

·        Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as required

·        Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements

·        May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related is usually required.
• Several years of experience in the occupation supervised are usually required.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (32-35 hours/week)

Compensation:  $ 36.10/hour
