Wage: C$28.00~C$37.00/hour (depending on a skill set)
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30.00~35.00 hrs/week
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary for vacation pay

Job Duties:
- Prepare and make a variety of Korean meals and dishes from menu, such as beef and octopus hot pot, Bulgogi hot pot, braised pork hock, grilled beef/pork intestine, Japchae, etc.
- Supervise works of cooks and other kitchen staff
- Make adjustment to food items to accommodate customers with dietary restrictions
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
- Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques to cooks
- Create new recipes
- Maintain records of food consumption, sales and inventory
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Job requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial cooking is required.
- Language of work: English
