Job Duties:
• Develop, implement, and evaluate operational policies, marketing strategies, and procedures to ensure efficient hotel management and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and develop pricing and promotional strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead sales and marketing initiatives, including partnerships, event promotions, and brand campaigns to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners for conventions, group bookings, and promotional events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, set work schedules, and provide performance feedback to maintain service excellence.
• Oversee contract management, ensuring accurate documentation of sales, bookings, and financial records.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market and performance analysis to optimize operations, improve profitability, and support business growth.
Skills Required:
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in RMS, PMS, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success in revenue optimization, strategic marketing, and partnership development.
• Passion for mountain communities and sustainable tourism.
Experience Required:
• At least 2-3 years of leadership experience within hospitality
Education Required:
• College diploma in hotel management or other related discipline or equivalent experience within hospitality.
