We are seeking a dedicated Regional Fulfillment Lead to support our branch operations, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Position Overview
The Regional Fulfillment Lead will oversee daily branch operations with a strong focus on recruitment, client service excellence, occupational health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a highly organized, people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Recruitment & Associate Management
· Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing associate support.
· Monitor associate performance, address client or workplace issues, and implement retention strategies.
Branch Operations & Client Service
· Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requests.
· Respond to client feedback and ensure high service standards across all engagements.
Compliance, Safety & Reporting
· Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
· Assist with WCB reporting and coordination where required.
· Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
· Work closely with internal teams to align operational activities with organizational goals.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
· Identify current and future staffing needs by assessing workforce trends, upcoming projects, client demand, and organizational growth priorities to ensure recruitment planning remains proactive and effective
Qualifications:
· College’s diploma or above in business administration, human resources, or a related field
· Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, or operational coordination.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of OHS regulations and WCB processes is an advantage.
· Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
